The first excavator from Wacker Neuson with 0% emissions
The Wacker Neuson dual power concept is not only innovative, but is also simple: The compact excavator 803 can – even if it is equipped with the dual power option – be operated both in the diesel drive system as well as with electro-hydraulic drive system. If, for example, demolition work is required in enclosed spaces, the electro-hydraulic generator HPU 8 is connected to the excavator and the emission-free demolition work can begin. The output remains the same here, regardless of which of the two drive systems is currently powering the excavator.
Compatec: Soil compaction made easy
The compaction control Compatec by Wacker Neuson offers a good orientation aid for soil compaction – especially for end users who only work with vibratory plates from time to time. Eight LED lamps indicate the relative compaction progress. If the number of illuminated LED's no longer increases, then no further compaction can be achieved with the vibratory plate used. Fast, easy and convincing.
EH 100 – a new performance class in demolition.
The EH 100 electric breaker defines an entirely new class of performance in the demolition segment.
Thanks to its 100 joules of single stroke impact energy, the EH 100 effortlessly achieves the demolition performance that would otherwise only be achieved by air breakers of the 30 and 40 kg class.With its low weight of 32 kg, the EH 100 demolition breaker is significantly lighter than comparable air breakers. In the cost-benefit comparison, the EH 100 lets the competition bite the dust through its operational flexibility and extremely high efficiency.

Imbalances in the vibratory plate are controlled to continuously steer the speed and direction (forwards/ backwards) of the DVU 4000 or to keep it stationary.
In spite of all this maneuvering, no power is lost – and the operator is more mobile and more flexible. We have continued to develop our vibratory plates to this day, incorporating lots of new ideas.

The first gasoline rammer’s rapid rise to success proved inspirational and motivating.
Shortly afterwards, Wacker released its first breaker featuring a gasoline engine. Which, of course, became a major hit.
